More than eight years since its release, Rockstar continues to push updates to GTA Online. One of the latest updates to the game is The Contract DLC pack. It’s one of the biggest updates to the game, and new missions are something to look forward to. 

Besides the new missions, tons of new vehicles, weapons, and characters are introduced in this update. 

One notable character that you’ll see in this DLC is Dr.Dre, a well-known rapper, and producer.

However, before you can meet Dr.Dre in Grand Theft Auto Online, you’ll have to unlock the VIP Contract first.

Buying an Agency

Once you’ve joined an online session, pull up your phone and go to Dynasty8 Executive’s website. From there, you’ll see all the available properties in Los Santos and Blaine County. 

Now, find an Agency listed for sale and choose the one that best fits you. 

Currently, here are the Agencies you can purchase in GTA Online: 

• Hawick –  $2,830,000
• Rockford Hills – $2,415,000
• Vespucci Canals – $2,145,000
• Little Seoul – $2,010,000

Keep in mind, though, that the prices listed above are only for the base models of the properties. If you want to upgrade the facilities, you’ll have to shell out more cash. 

• Highlights – $100,000
• Wallpaper – $208,500 – $442,500
• Art – $265,000 – $340,000
• Accommodation – $275,000
• Armory – $720,000
• Vehicle Workshop – $800,000

Purchasing the most expensive Agency together with the updates will require you to spend around $6,000,000 as initial capital. 

Unlocking the VIP Contract

After buying an Agency in GTA online, you’ll be able to carry out contracts. The primary mission for this DLC focuses on helping out Dr.Dre recover his lost phone. However, you can’t access this contract right away and need to build a reputation before you can earn his trust. 

First Contract

To access the VIP Contract, you need to complete a Security Contract first. When you access the computer in your office, you’ll see the available jobs for your Agency. 

Open the Security Contracts folder and browse the options you have. Each mission will require a different approach and have various difficulty levels and payouts. Although you can choose which mission you prefer, we suggest picking the one you feel you can complete quickly. 

Meet Dr.Dre

After completing your first ever Security Contract, you’ll get a call from Franklin, asking you to meet him and a new client at the Golf Club. Now, go to the club, and you’ll have the chance to be introduced to Dr.Dre. 

However, a bit of trouble will arise thanks to some rather arrogant golfers. 

Your next mission is to deal with the arrogant golfers by intimidating them. Simply chase them down and repeatedly bang them with your golf cart until their intimidation meter is full. 

Now, follow one of the Golfers as they run and put your golf club to use by slightly beating them with it until they apologize. Once you’ve taken care of the arrogant golfers, Franklin will call Dre to let him know that everything’s good. 

After completing this mission, Franklin will give you another call and ask you to go to your Agency. This is the prompt that you’ve unlocked the VIP Contract in GTA Online.
