Do you want to unlock the Sepulchra Breteira sniper rifle in Deathloop?
Deathloop may appear only to have four levels to explore, but the game has tons of content to uncover. The game is actually more profound than it may look on the surface. You get to collect tons of items, meet lots of NPCs, and discover various stories about Blackreef, the Visionaries, and more.
After playing a while, you should already be familiar with the structure of each level in the game.
However, it’s overwhelming to think about how each location changes during the morning, noon, afternoon, and evening. One decent example would be Updaam. This place goes through a drastic transition in the afternoon.
Now, if you’re here, you probably have your eyes on the Sepulchra Breteira sniper rifle.
Fortunately, you have come to the right place.
Today, we will show you how to unlock the Sepulchra Breteira sniper rifle in Deathloop.
Let’s jump right in!
Tracking Down the Present
Obtaining the Sepulchra Breteira rifle is actually more straightforward than securing other weapons in Deathloop. Once you leave the tunnels in Updaam during the afternoon, you’ll be contacted by an Eternalist.

She’ll tell you that a present is waiting for you in front of the Dorsey Manor.
If you don’t know where this is, it’s the massive gated house that sits at the northern edge of the zone from the tunnels. This is also the spot where Aleksis hosts his party at night.
For those familiar with the place, you can skip the guide below and quickly travel to Colt’s apartment. From there, you should easily spot the present sitting in an open space near the Manor.
How to Get to Dorsey Manor?
If you don’t know how to get to Dorsey Manor, you can follow the path below, which is the fastest route to the Manor without alerting the Eternalists.
- To start, exit the right-most door of the Tunnel and head towards the massive candy sign down the path. You should be able to spot a small aisle tucked between two buildings about halfway towards the candy sign.
- Now, head up the rocky slope next to the large building on the right and make your way towards the rooftop.
- An Eternalist would be located near the rooftop, but it is messing with a domino-like contraption made out of boxes. It is your call if you will take it out or just sneak around.
- Once you’re on the roof, you’ll see a small path across the large gate that goes around another large building.
- Ahead of you, there will be two Eternalists with a canon. If you don’t have a Cat Fall Trinket, you can hop down towards The Moxie and continue sneaking under the archway to avoid being spotted by any Eternalists.
- Finally, you can slip past the camera or hack it to go through the long hallway in the mountainside. On the other side, you should see a massive fox head and the gates of the Dorsey Manor.
Securing the Sepulchra Breteira Sniper Rifle
Taking the Bait
There are several ways on how you can secure the Sepulchra Breteira rifle. Once you retrieve the present, it’s actually one of the Eternalists hiding and waiting to ambush you. If you pull the lever, you’ll be immediately swarmed by Eternalists.

This is the first way to secure the Sepulchra Breteira.
Take their trap and fight your way against the assassins. The Sepulchra Breteira sniper rifle should be waiting for you to claim after finishing off the Eternalists.
Going the Easy Route
For players who don’t want to get loud and fight their way off an ambush, there’s an easier way to obtain the Sepulchra Breteira rifle. You can do this by not pulling the lever on the present. Instead, turn around and go towards the building across it.
It is the one to the right of Colt’s apartment.
Players can enter a doorway on the right side of the building and stumble across another door to the right that leads to a staircase. The Eternalist that is waiting to ambush you would be lying inside an apartment in the back corner from the top of the stairs.

Take down the two guards without being spotted, then kill the Eternalist holding the Sepulchra Breteira sniper rifle.
Once done, don’t forget to infuse your rifle with Residuum to save it from restarting along with the time loop.
