Want to know how you can solve the Statue of Radagon puzzle in Leyndell in Elden Ring?
Elden Ring’s open world is full of mysteries and puzzles that can be difficult to solve. Most of the time, players solve these puzzles by luck, though there are hints that can guide the Tarnished to the right path.
The Statue of Radagon is one of these puzzles, and with a bit of thinking and the right Prayerbook, players can overcome it in a matter of minutes.
If you’ve reached the Statue of Radagon in Leyndell, you will likely be versed enough in the story of Goldmask and Corhyn to understand the hints of the puzzle’s solution. If you haven’t progressed their questline in Leydnell and have not talked to Miriel at the Church of Vows, we strongly suggest not to attempt this puzzle as solving it won’t mean that much.
For players who have completed Goldmask and Corhyn’s questlines, you have come to the right place.
Today, we will show you how to solve the Statue of Radagon puzzle in Elden Ring.
Let’s get right into it!
Statue of Radagon Location
The Statue of Radagon is located deep into Leyndell, Royal Capital. You can find it after defeating the golden shade of Godfrey. From the Erdtree Sanctuary Site of Grace, head down the curving stairs to get to an elevator.

Take the lift, fight off a few monsters, and you’ll see a huge Statue of Radagon against the towering wall, T-posing over the Royal Capital.
Knowing the location of the statue is one thing. Being able to figure out its secret is another. Fortunately, the solution for the Statue of Radagon puzzle can be found nearby. However, you will have to go back to Rennala in order to be able to use the solution.
Solving the Statue of Radagon Puzzle
To obtain the Golden Order Principia Prayerbook, you will have to get to the second level of the Erdtree Sanctuary. Go outside, east from the Erdtree Sanctuary Site of Grace, and hop onto a large vine that extends up to the second-floor balcony.
From there, carefully climb up and continue right to reach the outside again. Now, immediately jump off the railing to your left and enter through a broken window where you can find the prayerbook hanging from the ceiling.
Players can actually spot the book hanging if they look up from the Site of Grace located below.
Once you have the Golden Order Principia Prayerbook, give it to Corhyn or Miriel to learn the Law of Regression Incantation.

The clue outside the Statue of Radagon hints at the word “regression,” and casting the spell in front of the statue reveals its secret. Unlike most Incantations, Law of Regression is based on Intelligence instead of Faith.
To cast it, players must have a Sacred Seal and at least 37 INT. Once you’ve met this requirement, stand in front of the statue and cast the spell.
