There are a few steps you need to take to obtain this legendary artifact. There are five different columns of five different Artifact modes, each to complete the whole Seraph Cipher. These range from simple mods to very powerful ones you will not want to pass up on.

In the game, the description for the Seraph Cipher Artifact is “A custom-built encryption tool for classified communication with the Warmind.”

Here is how to get the Seraph Cipher Artifact early on in the Season of the Seraph.

Complete the Introductory Mission

Like every season, you need to make sure you complete the introductory mission first. For Season of the Seraph, it is called “Hierarchy” and can be accessed in two different ways. You will be assigned the mission after choosing a character for the first time this season. If you do not do that, you can also manually access it using the Destinations tab from Europa.

The main objective for Hierarchy is to protect and maintain control of Clovis AI. First, you need to go to Bray Exoscience. Make sure you avoid the lab’s defenses because enemies are currently controlling them. Once you are inside, take out all the enemies you come across and watch out for some Wrathborn Hive.

Kill all the Wrathborn Hive that you see and keep following the waypoint until you reach Clovis Bray I. You will encounter the Deathtongue Chorister along the way, so make sure you have the weapons to defeat it. Fight your way through even more enemy forces until you meet the Techwizard Malykuh. Defeat him as well, and be on your way again.

Once you get to the console, reset the Security Protocols and restore control of Clovis Bray I to Ana Bray. After that, meet with Ana Bray, Osiris, and Clovis Bray I and have them send you back to HELM. Talk to the Exo in that area and receive the Seraph Cipher Artifact.
