Head to the Music Locker at the casino and speak with Miguel Madrazo. Once done, you’ll be able to purchase the Kosatka Submarine. Go to your interaction menu and start an organization as a VIP or CEO. 

Now, head to your Kosatka submarine and start the heist from the planning board. 

You’ll be required to gather intel and set up prep missions before you can start the heist itself. Doing all the tasks involved in this mission will take you 45 minutes to an hour after a few tries. 

Given its profitability, you can easily find tutorial videos on tackling this heist faster.

Diamond Casino Heist

Potential Earnings: $400,000/hr

Requirements: 

• Arcade – $1,200,000
• Organization Member (VIP/CEO)
• 1-2 Friends

After purchasing your arcade, complete the required setup missions for the heist. Now, start an organization as a CEO or VIP from the SecuroServ interface. Head to your arcade afterward and interact with the planning board to start the mission. 

On the planning board, you’ll be given three options on how to approach this heist and complete the necessary prep missions. 

Depending on your selected approach, some prep missions are not needed, and you can skip them entirely. However, some preparations will be extremely helpful in your heist. 

Doing this heist with the least number of participants is the most lucrative. However, the entire mission will be harder than usual. 

Original Heist

Potential Earnings: $400,000/hr

Requirements: 

• High-end Apartment – $200,000
• 3 Friends

After buying a high-end apartment, go inside its planning room and select a heist you want to start with. Now, you’ll have to pay an upfront cost for the heist if you’re the host. Invite three friends and work through the missions and finale. 

It’s important that you have good communication with your friends while doing this mission, as it requires a lot of coordination. 

Auto Shop

Potential Earnings: $300,000/hr

Requirements: 

• Auto Shop – $1,700,000
• Organization Member (VIP/CEO)

Attend an LS Car Meet and purchase an Auto Shop from the in-game website. Now, start an organization as a CEO or VIP from the interaction menu. Once done, walk to the Job Board to access your Contracts, which are mini-heists. 

Complete the short prep missions and start the heist finale. 

After some practice, you can complete this heist with 30 to 40 minutes and payout approximately $170,000 to $180,000 each time. 

You can also do other business aspects in your Auto Shop, including modifying and delivering cars and finding exotic cars to export. However, these aren’t very profitable, given the time needed to complete each task. 

Doomsday Heist

Potential Earnings: $300,000/hr

Requirements: 

• Facility – $1,250,000
• 1-3 Friends

Once you’ve purchased a facility, walk to the planning room and select the Doomsday heist. You also need to pay an upfront cost to start the heist, similar to the normal heists you can do in your high-end apartment.

After paying, invite your friends over and work through the setup missions and finale. 

Like other group heists, ensuring that you have good communication with the entire group is vital as the Doomsday heist requires a lot of team coordination.
