In this guide, we will show you all Larval Tear locations in Elden Ring.
Let’s dive right in!
Limgrave

There’s only one Larval Tear that is located in Limgrave. To get it, head east from the Agheel Lake South Site of Grace. From there, you’ll be able to see an undead enemy with a sword standing on a cliff.
When it is dispatched, it should transform into a wild bear. Slaying the wild bear will reward you with a Larval Tear.Â
Liurnia (South)

In Liurnia (South), there are two Larval Tears that you can obtain. Starting from the Folly on the Lake Site of Grace in southwest Limgrave, head southwest to get to the Village of the Albinaurics in Elden Ring.
There should be a graveyard inside the village where the first Larval Tear can be found.
Next, you can head north from the same Folly on the Lake Site of Grace and kill the lobster enemy. This should cause it to transform into a Scion. Killing the Scion will reward you with another Larval Tear.Â
Liurnia (North)

In Liurnia (North), you can get another Larval Tear. After killing the Royal Knight Loretta in Caria Manor, pass by the Behind Caria Manor Site of Lost Grace and enter the graveyard. From there, interact with the phantom on the chair to obtain the Larval Tear.
Another Larval Tear is available in Caria Manor. From the Three Witches location, look for a scarab along the eastern cliff.
Now, drop from this area onto the top of one of the buildings and use the wooden platforms on the west side to go down further. After that, use the ladder that leads down through a hole in a roof and talk with an NPC inside the building twice.
This should earn you the ability to purchase a Larval Tear.
Caelid

In the area we’ve marked above, you must kill the enemies in the graveyard southwest of Caelid. One of the enemies inside will transform into a giant that will grant you the Larval Tear once slain.Â
Altus Plateau

To obtain this Larval Tear, check the ruins to the east of the Altus Plateau Minor Erdtree for an undead enemy hiding in the corner. This NPC will transform into a Lion Guardian that rewards another Larval Tear.Â
Siofra River

Once you’ve reached the Siofra River using the well to the east of Mistwood’s Minor Erdtree, head northeast to a lift. Continue east at the top of the lift to get to some wood scaffolding near a waterfall.
Scale the wood scaffolding and use the path behind the waterfall to get to a merchant that sells a Larval Tear.Â
Nokron, Eternal City
A Larval Tear can be found in a courtyard near Eternal City Site of Grace. Starting from this Site of Lost Grace, head east into the courtyard and enter the building to the right to find the first Larval Tear in Nokron.
After that, go ahead and make your way to the Mimic Tear boss fight. There should be a gazebo in the area to the west and the corpse under it holds a Larval Tear.

Slaying the Mimic Tear also rewards two Larval Tears.
Lastly, you can also head north from the Night’s Sacred Ground Site of Grace and take the stairs on the right. This will lead you into a large building, and destroying the iron ball inside rewards a Larval Tear.Â
There is also another Larval Tear in Nokstella, Eternal City. You can access this area while progressing Ranni’s quest. The Larval Tear can be earned by dispatching the iron ball on the bridge near the Dragonkin Soldier of Nokstella Site of Grace.
