How to Get Radagon’s Scarseal in Elden Ring

Do you need to get Radagon’s Scarseal in Elden Ring?

Talismans in Elden Ring come in all forms, and some of the most powerful can be found early on in the game. In total, there are four Soreseal/Scarseal Talismans in Elden Ring, which includes Radagon’s Scarseal.

The first two are catered after Marika, and the other two are formed after Radagon.

Radagon’s Scarseal gives the Tarnished a pretty hefty buff across the board but with one major drawback. This Talisman is more useful at low levels than high levels, like many other Talismans in the game.

While its upgraded version Radagon’s Soreseal, is easy to find, Radagon’s Scarseal only requires players to defeat a basic Evergaol boss.

In this guide, we will show you how to get Radagon’s Scarseal in Elden Ring.

Let’s begin!

Radagon’s Scarseal Overview

The Scarseal provides improvements to four stats that are crucial to almost any build and character in Elden Ring. This Talisman gives +3 to Strength and Dexterity, which increases damage output and can assist under-leveled characters to meet stat requirements for certain gears.

This also provides +3 Vigor and Endurance. This helps negate this Talisman’s downside, which is a 10% increase in damage taken across the board.

If you think of it, 10% is not that much of a damage increase, especially since Radagon’s Scarseal increases your HP and Max Equip Load, allowing you to use better armor for your character.

While players will eventually replace this Talisman in the later stages, it basically provides you with 12 free levels during the early game.

Locating Radagon’s Scarseal

Radagon’s Scarseal can be obtained before even fighting a major boss in Elden Ring. In the Weeping Peninsula, south of Limgrave and accessible through the Bridge of Sacrifices, head west towards the field where the Walking Mausoleum is found.

If you are heading to Castle Morne, you are going on the wrong path.

The Weeping Evergaol is north of this valley-like area, below the Fourth Church of Marika. It takes one Stonesword key to gain access to this Evergaol, which contains the Ancient Hero of Zamor boss.
