Want to know how you can get the Flame of Frenzy in Elden Ring?
For the last 13 years, FromSoftware has essentially made the same type of game. If you’re familiar with the Soulsbourne series, you’ll not be surprised about the gameplay of Elden Ring.Â
However, each of these titles has its strengths and unique features.
FromSoftware’s Demon Souls is considered the wildest title, Dark Souls featured the most intricate world, and Souls 2 is known for its confusing array of character builds.
If you love the titles from FromSoftware, it won’t be hard for you to adapt to Elden Ring. Unfortunately, Elden Ring’s long list of incantations can be confusing for any player.
One of these incantations is the Flame of Frenzy. This is a visually exciting spell that indeed falls in the latter category due to its massive AoE damage capability.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to get the Flame of Frenzy incantation in Elden Ring.
Let’s begin!
Flame of Frenzy Overview
Incantations in Elden Ring feature a lot of potential if you build your character the correct way. To make sure that you’re maximizing your spells, it’s crucial to put your points into Faith and wear specific Talismans that can boost this stat.

However, some incantations in Elden Ring don’t require much help to be powerful. One of these is the Flame of Frenzy.
The Flame of Frenzy in Elden Ring can be found early in the game. In fact, you can speedrun into it within the first hour of the game. To use it, your character needs 16 Faith stat, which means you’ll have to select the Prophet character to maximize the Flame of Frenzy.Â
Getting the Flame of Frenzy
At the starting point of Elden Ring, you’ll need to head directly south into the Weeping Peninsula. This area of Limgrave isn’t too advanced, though you’ll need at least some starting levels so that you won’t get wiped easily by the enemies in this area.
Once you reach the Weeping Peninsula, head past the Bridge of Sacrifice and locate the map of this region.
With the map in your hands, make a right at the fork in the main road. From there, continue following the road until you get to the South of the Lookout Tower Site of Grace. Rest at this Site of Grace and head south into the forest, where you’ll see another Site of Grace.
Head south once you get to the Site of Grace and continue following the path until you reach the Ailing Village.
However, you’ll need to keep heading south until you reach the Callu Baptismal Church.

Inside the church, you’ll find the Flame of Frenzy incantation next to a corpse, as well as a Sacred Tear. Before picking up the incantation, beware of the Demi-Human enemies inside and deal with them first.
