Where to Find Memory Stones in Elden Ring

Want to know where you can find Memory Stones in Elden Ring?

Elden Ring is the latest game offered by FromSoftware. This new title follows the mechanics of older Soulsborne games. Within its first month, Elden Ring sold over 12 million copies across all platforms.

Like any RPG game, Elden Ring players will need to choose a starting class. This will serve as the blueprint of your character and will determine your overall playstyle.

No matter what starting class in Elden Ring players decide to go with, every character is still able to learn Sorceries and Incantations. However, players will need to acquire specific items called Memory Stones to increase their memory slots to learn Incantations and Sorceries.

In this guide, we will show you where to find Memory Stones in Elden Ring.

Let’s get right into it!

Memory Stone Locations in Elden Ring

Roundtable Hold

Talk to the Twin Maiden Husks, and they will sell you one Memory Stone for 3000 Runes. To find them, make your way to the Roundtable Hold and go through the door to the north. Make a right, and the maidens should be on the right-hand side.

The memory stone won’t be up for sale until players beat Godrick the Grafted and have restored his rune.

Oridys’s Rise

Oridys’ Rise is a tower located in the southern portion of Limgrave. It is directly south of the Crater-Pocked Glade Site of Lost Grace. To enter the tower, players will have to kill three ghostly turtles nearby.

Once inside, the Memory Stone should be inside a chest at the top of the tower.

Converted Tower

The Converted Tower is located on the east side of Liurnia. To get on top of the tower, players will need to acquire the Erudition Gesture, or they can simply reach the top by using the horse summon Torrent.

Like other Memory Stones, the one on this area will be inside a chest.

Raya Lucaria Academy

While exploring Raya Lucaria Academy in Liurnia, players will have to face the Red Wolf of Radagon boss. Upon defeating it, a Memory Stone will drop for you to collect.

Testu’s Rise

This is another tower that is similar to Oridys’ Rise, and it requires players to kill “three wise beasts” before entering. This tower is situated just north of Raya Lucaria Academy and is next to the Sorcerer’s Isle Site of Lost Grace.

Seluvis’ Rise

Seluvis’ Rise is located north of Liurnia of the Lakes and can only be entered once players talk to Ranni at her tower and accept to work with her questline.

Mt. Gelmir

The second to last Memory Stone in Elden Ring can be obtained after defeating an optional boss in Mt. Gelmir called Demi-Human Queen Maggie. Players can find her northeast of Hermit Village.

Caelid

The last Memory Stone you can find in Elden Ring is at Lenne’s Rise on the eastern side of Caelid. This memory stone will be in a chest at the top of the tower, but players will need to use Torrent and ride on the Spiritsping nearby to reach a balcony.
