How to Find Lint in Grounded

Do you want to know how you can find Lint in Grounded?

Lint is one of the many uncommon resources in Grounded. This is primarily used as crafting materials for Lint Rope, which is made using a Spinning Wheel. Lint Rope in the game is a highly sought-after material since it is used in over a dozen late-game recipes for armor, gear, structures, and weaponry.

For example, players who are looking to make the Scythe of Blossoms, Charcoal Canteen, or Termite Armor must know where to find Lint.

Thankfully, Lint isn’t that hard to find if you know where to look, and it only spawns in two locations every 2-3 in-game days. The first place to find Lint is the doormat in front of the Shed in the Upper Yard.

You can also get Lint in the Abandoned Gardening Glove, which is less than a few feet away from the Shed.

Today, we will show you how to find Lint in Grounded.

Let’s begin!

Farming Lint in Grounded

Reaching the doormat in Grounded is the quickest way to harvest Lint. To do this, you must make your way to the upper-left corner of the map by the BBQ Grill. From there, follow the stone pathway to the giant red bicycle lying on its side.

Starting from the bike’s right wheel, climb onto the bike. You can use it as a bridge to reach the Shed’s porch.

To obtain the Lint from the doormat, you should use a Tier-3 Chopping Tool on the Lint Clumps that are dotted around the area. The best tool we can recommend for the job is the Termite Axe. This is an upgrade to the Insect Axe and requires 2 Crow Feather Pieces, 2 Termite Chompers, and 4 Tough Gunk.

For the other materials, Crow Feather Pieces can be found randomly in Buried Treasures or dropped near Crow’s landing locations. Lastly, Tough Gunk in Grounded can be obtained from a wide variety of bugs, from Black Ox Beetles to Ladybirds.

After gathering the required materials for the axe, you should be able to craft it. Gather the Lint Clump nodes afterward in the doormat.

Keep in mind that a hoard of Dust Mites can be found in the area. They also aggressively patrol the entryway of the Shed.

Second Farming Area

For the second area, Lint can also be found in the Abandoned Gardening Glove, which is southwest of the doormat. To get to this area, go to the left corner of the porch and glide down to the Dry Grass below. Two Lint Clumps will always spawn on the left and right sides of the glove.

That ends our guide on how to find and harvest Lint in Grounded. If you have other questions, please drop a comment below, and we’ll do our best to respond.
