Want to know how you can complete Talia’s Lab investigation in Gotham Knights?
Gotham Knights pack a lot of villains that cause trouble and chaos in Gotham City. Since Batman is dead in this game, there’s been an increase in crime and evil organizations who take advantage of his absence.Â
In the game, solving puzzles is one of the many obstacles you will face while navigating through the main story.
At one point in Gotham Knights, fans will start Case File 7.2. This focuses on the League of Shadows, specifically their leader Talia and her operation. From there, players will have an opportunity to investigate and find answers to what is happening between the Court of Owls and the League of Shadows.Â
This puzzle will be a multiple-choice question. You will need to find the correct matchups before you can move forward.Â
To help you out, we have decided to make a guide on how to complete Talia’s Lab investigation in Gotham Knights.
Let’s jump right in!
Locating Talia’s Lab
Talia’s lab can be found in Arkham Asylum after revealing herself to be working against the Knights. This place has been long abandoned, so the League of Shadows has set up shop here to perform experiments related to the Lazarus Pit.

Lazarus Pit is a mysterious pit that contains a green source of energy that has the power to bring people back to life.
You will be tasked to go to Arkham and make your way inside the desolate building to find clues and predict Talia’s next move.Â
Lab Investigation
In the main building, there should be a set of staircases to the left. This should lead you up to a research area. Talia’s lab is similar to Langstrom’s, and there should be a large green containment pod next to one of the desks where you can use AR to scan.Â
The desk seems to be empty since there are no vitals detected. However, the puzzle is found on the desk against the left wall.

It appears that Talia has advanced Langstrom’s research, and fans need to find out how. On the table are 4 DNS serums and 4 Genetic Marker Groups with a lab notebook and a list of volunteers for human trials.
Each serum gives certain traits, like aggression and abilities, but has had varying results. For this puzzle, you’ll have to answer these questions:
- How did Talia advance Langstrom’s research?
- What was Talia trying to achieve?
The first question can be answered by choosing a suitable serum. If you look at the sheet, it reads that they were injected with v24.07. This should be the second serum and is pink in color.
Now, find the corresponding Genetic Marker Group, which can be located by analyzing the volunteer list. It should indicate that the only surviving group is from Genetic Marker M, the third Group Marker on the machine.
Mark the Genetic Marker M and the corresponding serum to solve Talia’s Lab investigation puzzle.
