Can’t figure out the best way to beat Uu’nat in World of Warcraft?
Crucible of Storms is a raid in Battle for Azeroth in World of Warcraft. It was introduced in Patch 8.1: Tides of Vengeance but was made accessible in Patch 8.1.5. This specific raid is located beneath the Shrine of the Storm.Â
This raid in World of Warcraft comprises two bosses, The Restless Cabal and Uu’nat, Harbinger of the Void.
Uu’nat faces his enemies using the gift of N’zoth, which provides power and corruption. Only the three Relics of Power do the forces of Azeroth stand a chance to overcome this.

The Uu’nat, Harbinger of the Void encounter is a three-phase fight, where the raid should utilize the Relics of Power from the previous encounter.
In this guide, we will walk you through the best strategy to beat Uu’nat in World of Warcraft.
Let’s get started!
Player Roles
Tank

Tank players should use the Custody of the Deep from the Trident of the Deep Ocean to provide shelter and protection to other raid members. You also have to remember that the Undying Guardians gain strength from Shroud of Whispers and should be kept away from Uu’nat to avoid Sightless Bond.
Healers

For Healers, you can use Embrace of the Void from the Void Stone to stop the healing from Oblivion Tear. Once you’ve activated the Void Stone, the healer must take damage to break the Umbral Shell and stop the effects of Embrace of the Void.
You should also aim to keep the health levels of raid members high during the Storm of Annihilation to prevent Annihilate from ruining other players.
Damage Dealers

DPS should utilize Storm of Annihilation from the Tempest Caller to eliminate Undying Guardians. They should also interrupt Primordial Mindbenders from casting Consume Essence to prevent them from healing.Â
Abilities
Relics of Power
Players can harness the Relics of Power while they are fully charged.
Void Stone
Healers can also pick up and utilize Void Stones:
- Umbral Shell – applies Embrace of the Void to all creatures and players and protects the caster, absorbing 402091 DMG. This effect is removed if the Umbral Shell is broken.
- Embrace of the Void – Void Energy snakes out to creatures and players, reducing their healing received by 100%.
- Feedback: Void – Void Energy overwhelms the caster, disabling them from picking up the Void Stone for a short duration.
Trident of the Deep Ocean
Tanks can pick up and use the Trident of the Deep Ocean.
- Custody of the Deep – The ocean’s guardianship generates a protective layer for the caster and its allies, redirecting 75% DMG to the bubble.
- Abyssal Collapse – When Embrace of the Void expires, the protective layer bursts and deals Frost DMG based on the absorb left.
- Feedback: Ocean – Water magic overpowers the caster, preventing them from picking up more Trident of Deep Ocean for a duration.
Tempest Caller
DPS roles can use the Tempest Caller.
- Storm of Annihilation – Releases a decimating tempest for 15 seconds, dealing 35706 Nature DMG to players and lesser minions of N’zoth every second. This also causes targets to have 50% less DMG for 3 seconds.
- Annihilate Deadly – If Storm of Annihilation hits a target below 25% HP, the affected character gets instantly destroyed. Creatures killed this way do not trigger their death effects.
- Feedback: Storm – Lightning magic overpowers the caster, making them unable to pick up the Tempest Caller for a short period.
Unstable Resonance
Marks players with Storm Ocean and Void for 15 seconds. Touching the relic with this mark funnels the power safely to the relic. After 15 seconds, the Unstable Resonance bursts, dealing 285645 Shadow DMG to every player within 10-yards.
Coming into contact with another player with a different Resonance can also trigger an explosion.Â
Uu’nat, Harbinger of the Void Tips
Relics
- Tanks – Use the Trident of Deep Ocean relic to place a shield that reduces damage taken by players.
- Healers – Use Void Stone relic to make the ADS, boss, and raid immune to healing. Destroy your personal shield to remove the healing immunity for the raid.
- DPS – Utilize Tempest Caller to kill all ADS and players below 25% HP. Make sure everyone’s HPs are up before using it.
Phase One:
- After moving through one Piercing Gaze of N’zoth’s beam, let your debuff drop before moving through another beam.
- Only move to safe areas when Maddening Eyes of N’zoth is cast.
- Stand on the edge of the Ring of Void to place Oblivion Tears away from the center.
- Be ready to move to the middle of the room each time Gift of N’zoth: Obscurity is cast.
Phase Two:
- Once the 2nd phase starts, use the Tempest Caller relic to kill off the remaining ADS from phase one.
- Use the Void Stone afterward to make the boss immune to healing while soaking the Oblivion Tears.
- Run away from the Unknowable Terror (80 Yards).
- Disrupt and kill the three Primordial Mindbenders.
- Use Tempest Caller to kill some Undying Guardians and Swarming Voidspawns.
Phase Three:
- Don’t attack your allies when they become hostile when Gift of N’zoth: Lunacy is cast.Â
- Stand near players with Insatiable Torment to enable them to siphon some health from you.Â
- Have your healer standby as players affected by Insatiable Torment siphon your health.Â
