Fighting Douglas in High On Life

During this encounter, you will have to use all the tools at your disposal to make things easier. 

At the beginning of the encounter, Douglas will remain on the ground. During this phase, you can use regular attacks to deal consistent damage until he begins jumping on the pillars in the area. Once he enters this phase, he will be too fast for your normal shots. 

To deal with his speed, you must use Kenny’s Trick Hole to cause him to fall and be stunned for several seconds. While Douglas is stunned, you can walk up to him and use Knifey to stab him and deal good damage. 

After getting up the first few times, the fight area’s floor will start sparking and some panels will turn purple. 

During this instance, you will have to jump to avoid getting electrocuted by the purple sparks. 

You should also keep in mind that grunts will start coming into the arena during this round. However, they should be easy to deal with and drops some shield boosts for your character. Utilizing your minimap is the best way to track them. 

Mid Fight Mechanics

After a while, Douglas will begin bouncing on the pillars again. This means that you’ll need to utilize Kenny’s Trick Hole to stun Douglas. Keep the pressure on this notorious enemy as you’ve done in the earlier round.
